1. What kind of printing services can be provided ?
Aluminum (silk screen, re-oxidation, laser engraving, hot stamping)

2.What is the positive pressure and negative pressure of the leak tightness test for the pen?
Positive pressure: 0.15MPA keep for 2.5 seconds online without leakage;
3.How do you inspect the quality of each batch during the injection molding process? What is the way of inspection? What equipment do you have?
QC in the injection molding workshop arranges the process inspection each 2 hours. They must collect a complete set of the product as a sealed sample for following up easily in the future. They also need to check the appearance and dimensions of the injection molded parts and record them on the "Inspection Record Form".If any disqualification is found during this inspection, all injection-molded parts produced two hours before this inspection shall be discarded and immediately shut down to notify production adjustment.
